He has such a passion for what he does. I learned more about wood floors than I ever thought I would know about wood floors. His workers are so professional. They came in and did what they needed to do. They would clean up everyday before they left. I packed up the entire house and called the movers. The house was empty. I had never seen it like that since way back when we bought the house. It was easier for the workers to just do their thing. The quality of the wood floors has improved the house and the value of the home has gone up because of the wood floors. They were just great.

Wood Floors by Beto refinished our hardwood floors in most of the rooms of our house. Beto was very friendly and answered all of our questions before they started the job. After they removed carpeting covering the wood floors, we discovered that the under-floor in one of the rooms had sunk. Beto brought in a carpenter and his team and they fixed the under-floor beautifully. There were a few other surprises as they got down to the original hardwood floors, but they came up with solutions to all of them. His people did a great job on the floors. These people are real artisans, and their experience and expertise is evident in their work. They are great at the details. The work crew was very professional and hard-working. They stayed until everything was done right. The floors date back almost a hundred years, and have clearly been through some rough stuff, but they brought them back to life. They look beautiful now! I highly recommend this company for their honesty and the quality of their work.

"This customer bought a house with existing damaged floors that were not installed by us. It was an engineered walnut floor with a lot of defects that did not take a black stain to meet his expectations. He did not even pay us! He came by the store and threatened my employees and I had to call the police. He also did not pay the cabinet man nor the house painters and I have proof!"

This contractor was wonderful. He is a genuine caring person who treats his customers like family. So much so that I've reached out to him to help me in other areas. He's even helped me with interprettng as I don't know spanish. The work, although a little expensive was well worth it. It is top notch quality and the crew was trustworthy and hard working. He was always responsive and went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. While it's a business, it's more than that with Floors by Beto. It's a service and a commitment. I would recommend him to anyone.

The floor looks beautiful. He got it done in a timely manner. The insurance paid for most of it. He attended to any concerns that I had. He just cleared up all of the questions and concerns that I may have had during the process of laying down the floor. It is beautiful interior flooring and it is just gorgeous. They pretty much track the work that they do and the product that they sell. It is because of the documentation that they were able to provide my insurance provider that the floor got replaced after the flooding. They worked me with me to get the documentation ready, so I really appreciated that. This is the second time I have used them.

Wood floors by Beto had put in my original floors and I was completely satisfied with all the work that they had done, so when I needed them replaced I only felt comfortable with them. Again, they did all the work as promised and I am very happy with their work.

I was quite unsure how much wood floors installed in my house would cost, so I gather quotes from a few different local providers. Beto Jr. came to my house at the specified time, was very professional, and proceeded to tell me a little about the company and wood floors in general while he measured the rooms. Being a complete novice, I had a lot of questions and he answered each of them thoroughly. When my husband and I went into their showroom, he was very accommodating with our indecision and had a lot of suggestions. He did not try to sell us on any one product, and I felt that his suggestions were based on what he thought would be best for our situation, not necessarily the most costly flooring. He treated us with courtesy, was prompt in providing us with an estimate, and sent me a pleasant follow-up email. The only reason we decided not to go with Wood Floors by Beto was because another contractor bid lower. In fact, if we had gone with the spendier of the two wood floors we were interested in, Beto's estimate was lower. I highly recommend this company and will certainly look to them in the future.

"When we sell a wood job, we calculate the actual square footage and add a percentage for waste (usually 7%), but [member name removed] & [member name removed] told me they were on a very strict budget. When we calculated what they would need, we actually bought one box less (per her instructions) because of her budget and we told her we might not have enough, but maybe we would. If it was not enough, we were going to have to order another box and charge her accordingly. She accepted. At the end, we were short about 3 planks and the distributor was out of inventory and we had no way of getting her product sooner (it was on a ship heading towards the US). We finished her job and did not charge her for the additional box. She did call me afterwards and asked me to give the VA a bid for building up a sunken living room floor so her disabled husband could get around throughout the home and for me to get the other 2 bids for her so she could submit them and I refused. I believe this is the reason she is giving me a "lousy" recommendation."

They measured wrong and were short 7 boards. They did not have any in stock and we had to wait 3 weeks for it.

We had some cabinets added to our home and our wood floors needed to be repaired around the new cabinet installation. BETO did a fantastic job matching the existing wood floors and they were very timely and professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.

The owner never showed up on the job, he just came to give an estimate and then to collect the cheque. I asked for high gloss finish but they did not have the companion for it so his people bought a local one that messed the floor due to a chemical reaction. They removed it and put another coat on which messed the floor even more. They finally removed that and put the right coat on but of a different finish that made the floor look very bad. They tried to patch a couple of spots but it made the floor look horrible. I am having my attorney look into it. It was a bad experience. I wanted a dark stain on the wood but they put different samples where the wood looks different in different places. He should have supervised the job. I am very dissatisfied with the job and I will never use them again.

In both installations they did a very professional job. They work quickly and were puntual with good communications. I didn't get quotes from other contractors on either job but I did check at Home Depot and Lowes on the tile job and Beto's were about the same I think. They undercut my fireplace in the living room so the wood fit underneath it and removed the old tile from under the baseboards in my entry. In both cases you can't see any edges. It looks very nice. They cleaned up well afterwards. The workmen were polite and competent.
