  They were on time, professional, took extra care to cover everything in plastic, everything in the kitchen, the cupboards, light fixtures, baseboards, plastic on counters, toilets, showers in the bathrooms, put plastic down on the carpet of all rooms leading to the bathrooms. They worked as a well-oiled team, and were very efficient. They returned the next 2 days at the time they said they would, to complete the job. Then they cleaned up everything, then vacuumed and washed the window in the kitchen dining area. I am very pleased with their work and have nothing but praise for the team that came to my home. They have insurance so if anything gets damaged or anything they are able to take care of it.   The Phillips crew took approximately 3 days to complete the job. They were very prompt, clean and courteous. The days were long (typically 9am-7pm) which we did not mind as we were eager to have the job completed. As with any painting job touch-up areas were required. They provided blue tape so that we could mark and they completed all touch-ups prior to completing the project. In some cases they went the extra mile and painted a few additional door jams that was not on the quote just so they matched the folding doors we asked to be painted. They also repaired various nicks and dents in the baseboard and used Oil based paint on all doors, door jams and baseboards. Overall and outstanding job for a great priceshow more

On the interior, Ines and crew did a great job painting my kitchen cabinets plus removing wallpaper, applying texture & paint to kitchen and master bath and as well as the garage, filling in/painting wall settling cracks as needed.   This was the final job for Robert, Lenny and Mary at our house. We could be the New Bath Technologies showroom, because they have remodeled every bathroom in our house. The first job was a bathtub to shower remodel for Jack and Jill bathroom. This was done in Onyx over 5 years ago and has been the best shower ever. Next they did a complete master bath remodel. This included custom tile corner tub, Onyx shower with frame-less glass and cabinets with Onyx vanities. Lenny also built frames around the mirrors and added cabinets/shelves above 2 toilets. I have written reviews for these prior jobs and have been 100% happy with the quality of the work. No corners are cut and I always feel like the quality is superb. For this final job (I don't have any more bathrooms for them to remodel) they did a complete remodel of guest bathroom and replaced cabinets/vanities of Jack and Jill. Lenny also framed the mirrors in Jack and Jill, adding cabinet/shelves above 2 toilets. For the guest bath they removed wallpaper/textured and painted. They tiled the floor with porcelain tile and did Onyx tub to shower replacement with heavy glass. New cabinets and Onyx vanities were installed. Mary has guided us thru these remodels providing expert suggestions and color recommendations. Robert is a pro that I can't express how impressed I am with everything he does. Lenny is an artist that can build anything out of wood. I have and will continue to recommend New Bath to everyone.   We chose New Bath Technologies to accomplish our much needed master bath remodel. Josh Nye was the company contact and was very prompt, friendly and professional from our very first visit. We told him about the many changes we were wanting and he assessed the job while making notes about our decisions and also providing input for those issues we were unsure about. Our remodel did not involve relocating the tub, toilet or cabinets, but did involve removing a closet to enlarge the shower and removing wall partitions that extended to the ceiling. The remodel also included a new floor, new custom cabinets, new lighting including recessed lights, adding a ceiling fan, new cabinet tops and tub surround, a much larger shower with dual controls and a built-in bench, grab bars, new paint and new mirror trim. To accomplish this they had to do a lot of demolition which included the closet, several layers of wall paper, natural slate on the old floor and shower walls, mirror trim, and moving the existing shower drain and plumbing. Josh helped to advise us on the material selections that included floor tile, shower tile, faucets, cabinet top material, shower door options, and electrical matters. His excellent team, including Robert (the main foreman), Mike, Adam, and Cruz were so professional, friendly and easy to work with. Each day as the job progressed they would update us on the accomplishments, any issues that had arisen, and what would be next. Anytime you remodel an existing space there are matters to be dealt with and they were great with providing options and informing us of any limitations concerning a particular matter. As for the materials, the Onyx product that New Bath uses is beautiful. The small sample you see does not do it justice. Their custom cabinet maker did an incredible job reproducing the cabinets needed out of maple and even added a custom storage cabinet over the toilet. The workmanship of the construction and finish was great. Josh also recommended the faucets that their company prefers to use, and I have to say they are top quality. Their tile man, Adam, was also very accomplished and did a great job with the ceramic plank flooring we chose and in installing the glass tile for the shower. Cruz, the painter for the team, took care of removing the wall paper, resurfaced the sheetrock and painted everything in a way that you could not even tell walls had been removed. He did excellent with the trim and wall paint as well. The resulting master bath is just what we wanted. None of it would have been possible without the skillful renovation that has to take place before the shiny surfaces are installed. Robert headed up the electrical, the plumbing, the demolition, and structural matters that make this bathroom a quality job. He and Mike worked tirelessly and with great attention to detail. You can't put a price tag on the kind of experience they bring to the renovation job, especially when unexpected issues arise. They got the necessary permits and worked with Flower Mound inspectors to be sure everything was up to code. We are so appreciative of the work they doshow more
