"I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill and Dave on a renovation project at my home. This was our most ambitious project yet, as we wanted to maximize the existing space to create an entirely new master bathroom and walk-in closet. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly professional and stress free. Bill was especially dedicated in finding creative solutions to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted for our home. His attention to detail was one of the many impressive things about his work ethic. Not only did he deliver a stunning master bathroom, but he also successfully relocated our laundry room from the basement up to the second floor. He even managed to install new windows in our family room that had previously been windowless! On top of that, Dave has gone above and beyond by building out a beautiful mud room and redesigning our fireplace with a brand new mantel. He also put up an entirely new front porch with a roof - it’s become such an inviting entrance into our home now! Above all else, I have been thoroughly impressed by Bill and Dave's commitment to punctuality and neatness when it comes to their work site. "Main concern was a leak in the shower pipe and tiles around the bath tub. Requested new pipes be installed. I don't believe that was done. Had to come fix twice, when it should have been the first thing fixed. After the bathroom was "done", had someone else come install new pipes and caulk around tub. Will still need to re-paint tub due to gouging from tiles taken down during fixes. A five day redo took 4 weeks - three days in hotel. We liked Jim and thought he would be the best based on his comments and price. Very disappointed in the bathtub area - the other areas look good.show more

"I started using this company in November 2020 to fix 51 year old garage ceiling that was collapsing. I then used them in 2021 to gut the kitchen and replace everything, and fall of 2021 to replace front doors. Jan-March of 2022, they gutted the master bath and in May replaced exterior trim. They have been outstanding to work with, this is why I keep using them. "It went very well since the timing was important to us because we are not here year round. As in any remodeling project there were hiccups for delivery of product or product quality but Randy (the owner) was always available to us. He not only was available to discuss but was very willing to work with us on their work schedule and the work to be performed. His crews were very professional and did very good work. Several of them we were comfortable enough with allowing them access to our home without us being there. "I interviewed 3+ contractors for these projects and SemBro, by far, had the most professional, comprehensive proposal of all of the prospective contractors. Some of the key distinguishing factors were: SemBro listened to me as I explained my vision for each space; Their proposal was laid out in an easy to understand manner so I knew how much each aspect of project would cost and what each party's responsibilities would be; SemBro has staff to perform all aspects of the project (some contractors I talked to didn't handle room painting, for instance.) Finally, SemBro has a large showroom that displays samples of every facet of the project making it much easier to see how the elements would work together. I was assigned a Designer (Mariya) from their staff and she worked closely with me as we selected each item that would be needed for the renovations. Once the renovations got underway, each phase was professionally orchestrated according to what needed to be done and in what sequence. The craftsmen are highly skilled and took pride in their work. Everything was extremely professional and transparent. It was so exciting to see each area of my house transformed into a beautiful living space! When small miscommunications occurred, as is bound to happen with so many projects going on simultaneously, SemBro handled the issues with tremendous courtesy and grace. Clearly, they wanted me to be satisfied with every detail. The renovations are now complete and I'm able to move into my new (old), beautiful home.
