When I asked for additional repair work, outside of the original scope, Jon was very flexible and was able to fit the other work in after completing the originally scoped work. We essentially contracted with him and the morning he was supposed to start work, he said he was COVID-positive and would get back to us about rescheduling. We never heard from him or anyone at L&D Construction again. Completely unreliable and unprofessional."
