"Called them to clean and inspect fireplace chimney. Frankie went up on the roof while his assistant cleaned from inside. Frankie took digital photo of crown to show me where it needed repair. Also noticed that the existing cap did not fit tightly and we have had raccoons on our roof. When he inspected the firebox he noticed a hole just above the damper, which he recommended repair because of fire hazard. The whole job took about 45 minutes."

"Initial contact with the owner was a bit delayed but once we made contact, things proceeded smoothly. He informed me that the package I purchased pertained to typical maintenance procedures only and that there was a limit on the steepness of the roof. Apparently, if a roof is too steep and requires special safety equipment, an extra fee would be incurred. In my case, my roof was well within his limits. He missed the original requested date but showed up the following week. He called to let me know he had found and corrected some leaking areas around the chimney and he nailed down the shingles I had seen lifting. I didn't do a detailed inspection of the repair work but from the street, I can see the entire roof. Looking through binoculars, I was satisfied that the work I expected to be done had been completed correctly and no additional fee was incurred.
