As a homeowner, mother and wife she understands very well the dynamic of being a homeowner and her number one priority is leaving happy every customer. Our company adopted Tanya's high standards to serve our clients. We do put door mat to wipe our feet, we do put floor protectors on our shoes, we cover with drop sheets if the job is bigger and requires multiple in and out of the house. The installers did a fantastic job of removing my pinestraw, installing metal edging and putting down mulch. They even added extra areas without charge that were not including in the proposal! From beginning to end, everyone with whom I interacted from Earthscape was lovely: kind, professional and happy to be doing the job...the kind of people I would love to have as neighbors.
