Very well and as planned!

Jeff Nye met with me (on time) and assessed the situation involving my yard and a neighbor's yard. Settling over a ten year period
had left my front yard lower than my neighbors.  Working with my neighbor, I got an estimate on installation of French drains, drain pipe, catch junction boxes, buried drain pipes from home downspouts and fill dirt for sunken sewer pipe installation by builder.  Jeff called a utilities locator so that all underground wires/cables were spray paint marked.  I also marked areas where my irrigation heads were, and drain pipes I had previously installed.  My irrigation contractor came out and located all electrical wiring he had installed years ago when I moved in.
Jeff and an assistant arrived at 8:30 am the day of the work and promptly began. He speaks fluent Spanish and his assistant received  instructions, throughout the day,  as to what his work would be.  He set up a small transit to check the level of pipes I had installed, and ones he was installing.  He and Jeff worked steadily until around Noon, when they broke for lunch.  Jeff let me know the time to look for him to return, and was back at work in about and hour and a half.  The work continued to about 3:30 pm when they left.
Dirt was replaced, seed and fertilizer spread, and straw put down. Trenching sod was replaced and tamped down.  The yard was cleaned of all clods and debris.  Creek rock was installed in one area near a walkway.  All scrap from pipe cutting was taken on Jeff's trailer.  I gave Jeff a certified check for the work.
The next day, a long period of winter rain began, which went on for 4-5 days.  I watched the installation do its work and saw the
new flow of water discharged into a natural drain area behind my home.  Water was still standing in one area of my front yard, so Jeff returned to walk this area and see what had happened.  It was apparent that another catch box needed installation, with another French drain, so Jeff returned a couple of days later (when he said he would) and completed the work  at no further charge.  He also installed another pipe to direct water from my neighbor's driveway into piping he had already installed on my property.
Throughout the process, his office kept in touch with me via cellphone and email, sending me a written estimate and contract, and responding to my replays promptly.
Rain, a few days later, now moved with no flooding into my front yard!  With warmer December weather, my grass began to grow in places where it had been sown.
I am very impressed with Jeff's professionalism, his hard work ethic and his intelligent  attention to correcting my yard drainage problems. I recommend his service, and Genesis Landscape Co., to anyone who needs their drainage problems solved.

Another company ruined my lawn but Jeff has helped me get it back to where it was prior to the other company's service. Jeff helped me by quickly coming out to inspect the previous damage and by telling me what I needed to do. He serviced my lawn Dec, Jan, Feb and removed and planted a tree in March. He took care of fertilizing in March since the other company left that out during aeration.
I will continue to use Genesis Landscaping and highly recommend them if you want to see lush green tall fescue grass. Be prepared to work some yourself. Lots of rich thick fescue lawn means extra mowing! It is so worth it! IT FEELS LIKE VELVET UNDER MY FEET!! He knows what he is doing and will give the correct recommendations.
I plan on using more of their services by adding more garden beds, mulch, a retaining wall. I also have a drainage problem and he has a solution for me. I can't trust my lawn to anyone else. I have some awesome pictures that prove how awesome Genesis Landscaping is and the top notch quality of their products!

These are the best folks for lawn and garden work. They show up when they say they will be there. They work hard and do whatever is needed to take care of your lawn. And the pricing is so reasonable for all they do.

Jeff is responsive and dependable. He and his crew are amazing. I can't praise them enough. They worked hard, and totally transformed my yard from a disaster area to an attractive, tidy-looking yard. There was so much to do, and Jeff's price for the work was very, very reasonable. I definitely got more than my money's worth.

The backyard looks wonderful and he did an excellent job. It took him about 3 weeks to get everything that I needed done. He is doing more work as soon as he is available.
