It went well for the most part. The installation of the materials, which we had to purchase, was very well done with the exception of the dishwasher's kick panel was put back on backwards and causing the door to bind when opening the dishwasher. Since I had installed the unit several years before, I recognized the problem. In addition, the bid process by them was convoluted. They forgot to included in the initial bid the price of leveling the concrete floor, cutting in around the masonry of the fireplace and cost of shoe mold installation. These items were not brought up until AFTER the landlord accepted their bid. These missed items added another $600 or so to the price of the bid including materials. So far as the installation of the products, which we had to purchase, it was a job very well done. They were in and out in about 10 hours total time. Fit and finish of the product was top-notch. They just need to refine their bidding process and INCLUDE ALL ITEMS which may affect the bidding process. Also they're in a learning curve in the fact that they did not use a "BID SHEET" but just quoted prices which I had to write down. I believe that now they're going to a written bid sheet method since it protects both them and the customer. All in all they did very excellent work and couldn't ask for job of the product install. Just need to tweak their bidding process is all.

Angela and Leroy responded very quickly to my request for carpeting. They showed up on time with a full set of samples. They were very helpful in explaining all the different carpet and padding options. When it was time to install, the installers showed up on time. They were very professional. They carefully moved all the big furniture out of the way before they started each room.. When they were finished, they took care to make sure everything was put back exactly the way I wanted it. The carpet is installed flawlessly. I can’t see any seams and the edges around the baseboards are all tucked in perfectly.
