"First he tried using a commercial wet vac and then he used snake/hook and VOILA.......out came the brush head. I was worried it was lodged farther down and he' and have to remove the toilet. Then he scraped the small hole that collects deposit. He also noticed the toilet didn't flush well and fixed that as well!!! It needed a specific part that wasn't in the bowl. It's an older toilet too, and I didn't know if replacing it would fix the flushing. But Ed did and now we don't have to hold down the handle and count to five! I would highly recommend Ed. He clearly has excellent plumbing knowledge and skill and made a huge effort to make sure no more serious work needed to be done.

"They, thankfully, were willing to come on a weekend evening (at a higher but reasonable price) to resolve the main line sewer backup. I've had this problem occur before due to roots in the line. High pressure jetting cleared the line. However, another backup happened again about five days later. Again they responded promptly and used a camera to find that some persistent roots that had survived the first line cleaning. After thoroughly cleaning the main line again with high pressure jetting the problem was taken care of. Rotor-Matic stood by their work warranty and there was no charge for the second trip although it took about an hour and a half. Jason also made some excellent and helpful suggestions for preventing future problems. Everyone was pleasant, courteous and professional. (Yes, masks were worn at all times).
