Mark was very professional and informative, particularly about the basic operating of the new water heater and how to redeem the warranty if necessary. The new water heater works great and I feel confident that I can solve any future issues thanks to the info he provided.

I needed to have an old gas stove and gas dryer disconnected and new gas appliances hooked up. Mark is truly a professional. He showed up on time, and performed the needed work. He was unfazed by my having to postpone the re-connect part of the project because one appliance was not delivered, and made a great effort to meet my schedule. He left all the work spaces clean and neat, and he charged what I feel was a very competitive price. I would use him again without any hesitation.

Showed up on schedule, did a neat job, and when I had a minor problem a week later on a Saturday, came back in a half hour to fix it.

Quick job - install faucet fixtures and shut offs for tub. Prompt and reasonable estimate. Job done the next day. Can't ask for more.

Mark was responsive and professional. He did a great job running our gas line. I would use Mark again for any project I need completed.

Mark had some good suggestions to make the hot water system better. His price was great and his initial bid included references. And, the old water heater was 24 years old and had a "ton" of sediment. Mark earned his money. Great guy who I would easily recommend to anyone replacing a hot water heater.
