Jean reviewed all of our options, was very patient with us and gave us great advice for the remodel. We went with ARK based on Jean's overall experience, professionalism, honesty and the quality of materials that he uses. His team did an outstanding job of removing the old shower and partial wall and installing the new shower, sliding door and floor. It was a huge effort by his team and resulted in a shower and bathroom that is absolutely stunning. We were truly amazed with the transformation. Jean and his team were great in communicating throughout the project and stayed on schedule. We would highly recommend ARK remodel and really appreciate what they did for us!"

I explained the specific repair I needed (replacing a leaking toilet water supply valve), and they were able to assure me they could provide the service the very next day. And they did, arriving when they said they would and completing the work quickly and professionally. My only minor quibble is that I was given an estimate of "about a hundred dollars" and once the repairman arrived the price was $125.00. No big deal & I went ahead with the work, which was done well, but the repair was no more involved than I had described originally, so an increase in price of 25% from the initial quote seems questionable. Still, I am quite satisfied overall with the service and work and would recommend."

"Preface: We needed to have a shower pipe secured and sealed per our home buyers' inspection report. Aaron came in and explained the exact procedure that would be done and gave a quote and explained that he would have to cut the drywall to secure the pipe and that I would have to hire another company after he was finished to fix the drywall. (I was dismayed at the idea, but thankful that he was willing to be so thoughtful in his explanation.) With the ease of the repair, the work was completed in a matter of minutes. As it turned out, he was able to do the repair without cutting drywall. We are moving out of town, but I will be leaving Eco Plumbers as our recommended plumber to our home buyers. Thank you."
