We had originally worked with Matt back in 2019, and finally in the Spring of 2025 were able to begin the project. Every step of the way was very well executed. The initial plans were clear, concise and accurate. During the construction phase we got to know our builders Mike and Tom, who are absolute rock stars and know exactly what they are doing. We built a very large screened porch with some tricky roof integrations which required the utmost skill and confidence. Everything was done exceeding our expectations and we loved working with the team at River Mill. The build team was incredibly conscientious while working around our home, they would spend extra time sealing off the work areas to limit dust and debris, cleaned up their workspace daily, and were "Meticulous" about their craft.
