"Timeliness, good customer services and quality. Arrived ahead of schedule (emergency lock-out) and was given quote over the phone before the work started. Steve is a very skilled knowledgeable technician and made good suggestions without trying to talk me into something I didn't need. Instead of re-keying worn out twenty plus year old locks for $25 each, replaced them with new locks for $35 each. Works for me. I needed a follow-up appointment to replace the original screws that came with the new locks with longer screws for extra security."

"Our front door lock would not work at all so we couldn’t leave for an important day’s activities. Eugene came very quickly, tested the lock and knew immediately what needed to be done to fix it and did so. Because he had done that repair so quickly and the lock worked so well afterwards, we asked him to look at a back door lock that was a problem. He tested it and explained why it needed to be replaced and then did so very expertly and quickly. The price was reasonable. We would definitely call Eugene again for his very professional, prompt and expert help. We will highly recommend him."

"Wow! Alex retrofitted a better lock (Yale Surface Jimmy Proof Lock) where a poorly installed jimmy proof lock had been installed. In the process, he also fixed the hinge on my door (which is over 100 years old). He is the consummate locksmith professional & I feel very lucky to have found him. His price was also extremely reasonable given the extent of the work he had to do for the retrofit."
