Brian was friendly and professional. If I ever need a locksmith, I will definitely call him again.

I called last Friday to get a quote regarding the work I needed done. Brian told me that they could have someone out within a business day and to call back on Monday. When I asked if he carried the locks I wanted installed he recommended that I purchase the locks myself from one of the big box stores because if he did so he would have to mark them up. This was very customer-oriented and I appreciated the tip!
I called Monday morning at 9:00 am and was able to have someone out to the house by 2:00 pm (I had to call the office after a couple of hours to get an ETA due to a previous job running long). The locksmith (Craig) was prompt and courteous. He took his time checking each lock after the install to ensure that it was installed correctly. He also showed me how to operate the electronic keypad lock and gave me general tips regarding how the other locks operated. He took time to clean up after himself and apologized that some sawdust was left in the carpet. No big deal for me (I understand drilling is messy!), but if you are concerned about that you may want to use a drop cloth in the area or have your vacuum ready!
I received a 10% discount due to my Angie's List membership - my membership has already paid for itself! The cost was well below another highly-rated locksmith I called; A+ for value! The quality of the installation was solid and I would not hesitate to call Brian's again. Thanks!

We had used Brian's Lock Service in December right after moving in to rekey all the locks and were very satisfied with their professionalism. When the old lock failed (as he warned us it might do) we called them again. Both times, the locksmith was right on time. The work was done quickly and we were very happy with the new lock. We will call Brian's for all our lock needs.

I had the padlock to the outside door of the garage opened. (Good part is he did not have to cut the lock.)
This was a rush request because the overhead garage door was secured from the inside due to it being inoperable as of yesterday (11/04/12). Garage service man was coming within an hour (another Angie's List provider). I love Angie's list. Keeps me calm during these high stress situations. Brian was very professional and courteous. Everything went as well as it could have. They arrived, tried for 20 minutes to pick the lock and then determined they would have to drill the lock. He wanted this to be a last resort option seeing as we now have to buy a new door handle. But, we had to get it open!

I called Brian's Lock Service when I found myself locked out of the house. I called Angie's List for a recommendation, and I'm so glad I did! They were out within the hour, and had repaird it within a half hour -- all for under $100. Extremely professional, very nice. For a sitaution that started out unpleasant, it ended on a high note, for sure. We will definately call on Brian's Lock Service again in the future.

When I got home from the store I couldn't lock the deadbolt on the inside. The key would not turn at all. When I called Brian's Lock Service I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he could come out the same day and he did give me an estimate. Everything went very smoothly. He was in and out in about half an hour. The lock now works fine and the estimate was spot on. I would definitely use this service again.

I contacted the company one day and set up an appointment for the next day. He was on time, examined the situation, gave me an estimate, which I approved, and he proceeded with the work. We had to make a change once he started, but it was understandable and acceptable. He finished in a reasonable time and was personable and professional.
