  Arrived on time, with crew, worked hard all day. Due to the extent of the cleaning, and some previous commitments, one crew member returned the next morning to quickly finish all that had been promised. Everyone was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable. A wonderful surprise was a "thank you" gift from the company! I received a beautiful "sparkly" to hang in my spanking clean window - when the sun strikes it, there is a beautiful "rainbow" effect. Even my kitties were "thanked!" Another great feature is that I am still "in touch" with this company via newsletters and emails. A very respectful, thankful and gracious company. I will definitely have them backshow more

  Work was unable to be performed because of issues with the woodwork but Neal was extremely responsive and professional. He started the work realized the work wouldnt turn out well and rather than complete it and take the money he stopped and cleaned up the debris and didnt charge for the dem that had been completed. I am now trying to find a way to reframe and then have him come back to screen. Very appreciative of his honesty and ethical business practices. Todshow more

  Steven was extremely prompt, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I first researched for dependable retractable door screens on the internet. I liked the reviews I found on the Clear View Screens so I called the company who referred me to Steven's company in our area. I also checked Home Depot and Lowes for retractable door screens, but was not impressed. I phoned Steven and told him I was interested and he came out the very same day. He answered any questions or concerns I may of had. He then measured my two door frames and informed me that the screens would take 3-4 weeks to be made. He called within 3 weeks and again he was here the very next day to install the screens himself. The screen doors are durable and beautiful. My spouse and I have received several compliments on them.   Troy came to our house and in a few days sent an estimate through the mail. We agreed on the terms and contracted with him. Since he does his business part time he told us it would take longer than with other contractors but we agreed because his references supported him strongly as an excellent worker and honest man. It took him twice as long to complete the project but we are thoroughly satisfied with his work. He is a perfectionist. He cleaned up the work area and removed any remains of materials he worked with. He is a gentleman, trustworthy, and we would hire him again when needed. He did over and above what he was contracted to do. He is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the contractors I've done business with in my life and I am a senior citizen. I would especially recommend him to senior citizens who are not in a big hurry to get a job done in a haphazard manner. His prices are very reasonableshow more

  From providing an estimate to doing the work and finishing the job, Kenny was very courteous and professional. He showed up on time to do the estimate, thoroughly inspected areas requiring repair, and explained what needed to be done. He said he would call the next evening, and he did, to say he didn't have all the numbers yet and would call again the next day. This was very considerate; most contractors simply wouldn't call at all till the next day. His estimate compared favorably with others and he was able to do all the repairs I asked for, whereas the others could only do parts of them. He showed up on time with 2 helpers and they got right to work. The biggest job was stretching the carpet in 3 bedrooms and a hallway. It was really out of shape and looked awful. The effort often required 2 people and sometimes 3, but they worked well as a team whenever it was needed. This was a challenging job that took most of the day and required cutting off 2-3 inches of extra carpet in spots. The end result was amazing - the carpet looked almost new again! It wasn't perfect, but the small wrinkles left in 2 or 3 places were minor and hardly noticeable. I was very pleased with this result; it was better than I expected, given the age (11 years) and poor condition of the carpet. In all, everything was completed in a prompt, courteous, friendly manner, they did not make or leave a mess, were careful when moving my furniture around, and did a couple of small extra things they noticed at no additional cost. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the doggie door - it was fixed but didn't look as good as I would have liked. But I decided to live with it because I just wanted it done.
