The Sheetrock was mudded and not retextured. The caulking used in the tub must not have been tub safe because after we used it for a few days the caulking started to resoften and ooze out of the cracks it was placed in. The molding around the door frame does not align properly. A whole from a light fixture that was removed was covered with a cover plated with the hole still partially exposed. A thin layer of paint was then applied over the area leaving old wallpaper exposed."
