After taping off areas for over spray protection, the siding was stained with a spray rig for efficiency and good seal coverage. The deck will match at a later date.
This is the finished 2 coat stain sealer. Day 2 after 24hr dry . Beautiful warm colors for even late fall after the leaves will have dropped.
Siding first coat of stain and some trim vent repair.

Many decking oils can help slow down algae growth, but they don't completely stop it. These oils work by sealing the wood, which reduces moisture and, therefore, algae growth. First, it can trap moisture in the wood if the deck isn’t completely dry before application.  Second, applying it too thickly can create a heavy, rubbery surface layer that peels and cracks under fluctuating temperatures. For the best results, ensure the wood is completely dry before application, and apply the liquid rubber in thin, even coats. A quick inspection every now and then will help you catch any issues early, keeping your deck protected and looking its best.

Painted decks typically require a new coat about once every ten years. In between new coats, it's best to maintain your deck by regularly removing debris, washing it down with non-abrasive cleaners, and staying ahead of structural issues, such as loose boards and rotting wood. In some cases, painting a small section of your deck affected by damage or the sun can lower your costs and workload.
