Very well - our carpet is beautiful again. They called and were able to come earlier than scheduled and got it done quickly. They also removed some stains. They are very good at what they do and friendly.

I asked them to come back to re-install the radiator covers that they took off and they never called me back. Also they said they would match the stain color that was already on the railing and the upstairs bedrooms, and it does not match at all.
