"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "i was in a crunch for time to remodel a shower at my in laws, and went by word of mouth to find Thomas company, and I am very happy I did! It was a difficult remodel, as my in laws home is very old, built in the 50s, and none of the walls in the bathroom were squared or leveled, thinking he would have a difficult time. but the remodel was finished in time, below budget, and the end result was beautiful! His team were all highly professional and very trustworthy, as i had to give them access to a residential home with no one living there, and they are very trustworthy! Its a locally owned company, no need to travel outside of Lander to have custom work done. I highly recommend Enduro for a build out or a remodel!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
