My huskies broke my back gate and escaped and I had to get it repaired immediately! Corey responded quickly and had the repairs done in no time. He even suggested a quick fix to secure my other gate to prevent my pack from using that as their next escape route. Both repairs have held for well over a year now!

They were terrific and showed up when expected. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The quality of work was superb.

  • Integrity Enterprises
Integrity Is very friendly and professional. They all wear the same shirts and hats. They give a free estimate. Then they have a formal contract for even my small job. They did the job quickly and were very clean. They asked what my dream was. I dont know if thats normal but I liked it. They worked with my schedule and I never saw them work. I love these boys!

Kevin and his team did an amazing job on this renovation. There were several unforeseen issues that he was always willing to figure out the solution to which he not only did quickly, but proposed reasonable and reasonably priced solutions. After having renovated a dozen homes, Kevin's attention detail, quality, professionalism, and work ethic far exceeds any other contractors we have used. Additionally, his lead, Ryan, is equally talented and professional and is a wonderful craftsman and planner. Bottom line they are just very nice people who do wonderful, honest and professional work always respecting the needs of their customer, but also always ready to offer their opinion and problem-solving skills. Our goal is to use them as often as possible in the future and actually our preference would be to never use anyone else.

The work on the house started in mid August with laying out the plan for the laundry room and bathroom. This is a one story house with a crawl space and no basement so putting a crawl space under the garage area for the plumbing, heating and air conditioning came first. Then the electrical work and the painting, the cabinets and the appliances in the kitchen. Finally the hardwood floors were finished and I was able to move in. I was fortunate that I did not have a deadline to be out of my other house though I'm sure they would have tried very hard to meet any deadline I might have had. Russ (the owner) was easy to work with and often made very good suggestions on different things.

  • Frontier Contractors
They are amazing. They are really good. They do not have any construction background. The owner is very through, very creative and very helpful in solving problems that come up along the way. They bid by the job. The workers are very honest, very hard working and very punctual.

Their sub foreman didn't oversee the crew to the extent I thought they should. They poured the foundation and he was not there to make sure they poured it correctly. They didn't pour it correctly. They had to, instead of putting a door end, they just left a wall there that they had to come back and cut out later. The crews didn't show up when they were supposed to show up. The price for what I got out of it was not reasonable to me in the end. For what I got I have to fight for everything to be fixed that wasn't done right. When they poured the foundation, they poured the foundation several inches off where it was supposed to be. I had to argue with them on how they're going to correct that. In the end, I got what I needed for the most part. Some of the subcontractors kind of got off my personal tools. They never made that right. They basically made me feel like they were doing me a favor by trying to correct stuff all known to like first time. They were not so good. C is being gracious.

I thought the construction would be started in three weeks. I would put the downpayment in. Then later I needed to pay for a variance permit. Then there was another payment for materials, and another payment on completion of the job. Now I'm $17,000 into this, I have paid everything in full, with the final payment due on completion. However, they have not come to do the work. They have not called for utility locations, or seemed to be moving forward on the project in any concrete way.
