I noticed one of the two torsions springs was broken on my double garage door. Called Raynor. Gal I talked to was very pleasant. She gave me a price to replace both springs (their recommendation) or just the single broken spring and we set up an appointment for the service call. Service man showed up on time (right at the start of the appointment window). He was not rude, but very and quot;non-communicativeand quot;, boarding on being gruff. He made it very clear he was here to get the job done quickly and move on. He did not want to explain things. As he started into the job, I made a comment about replacing only the broken spring. He stopped, said he could not that, he did not have the needed parts on the truck and would have to schedule another apportionment. However he could replace both springs today. I had to dig the information out of him (I was suspicious this was just and up sell). He was really pushing going with a larger diameter wire spring for better (longer) life and he could only do this if he replaced both springs (to keep them matched). He also pushed that springs have a life time (cycle count) and if one spring had broken, the other was likely to break soon (sounded reasonable). I think this was really a fact that he did not have any spring material on his truck that matched the original spring. I went with replacing both springs (for the higher amount that I was quoted on the phone). He finished, said and quot;sign hereand quot; and took off. He did a nice job on the installation and lubed the guide wheels (they worked much better after the service). However, the garage door opener kept false tripping/reversing after he left. I called Raynor back the next day. They wanted to have the same installer come out and fix it, but it would take a week(?) before he was available. I said this was not acceptable. They sent out a supervisor the next day. He was very nice to work with. He quickly adjusted the garage door opener, explained everything to me, double checked all of the work that was initially done and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Excellent service ... the second time around.
One other note on price. I called a number of companies and got pricing. Raynor was competitive with the other big names int eh area. However in talking with my neighbors after the work was done, they recommended another indipendent service. Two neighbors had him perform similar repairs on their garage doors and he was about 1/2 the price of Raynor.

Everything went great. I was a coordinating the job from a few states away as a long dissonance landlord and they were more than willing to work with me and respond to my phone calls.

The inspection tech was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. He inspected, determined cause and the extent of damage and provided us with solution that met our budget. Never try to over sale to us, just what was needed to make sure that the job was done correctly and it would last. The workers as well, were very knowledgeable and experienced in their task. The job was completed in the estimated time given and we have not had any further problems with out door since.

The job had to be coordinated with a general contractor (the general contractor arranged everything with Front Range Raynor), and the workers were here when they needed to be. The removal and installation went great. We are pleased with the quality of the door and opener. Our only complaint with Front Range Raynor was difficulty with communication. They were not very timely on returning emails or phone calls.

Called on the weekend about a broken garage door torsion spring. They gave me a quote over the phone and I told them it could wait until Monday to repair. The serviceman came about 10:00AM and was done about an hour later. Price was as quoted with a slight addition for one worn cable that obviously needed to be replaced (the other cable was fine).
In all, the service person was prompt, amiable, and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Raynor showed up the same day I called because the garage door spring was preventing us from opening the garage and applied a temporary fix. A couple weeks later they returned and replaced the spring permamently.

Front Range Raynor was exceptional at the task of fixing a snapped cable on my garage door. My after business hours call on a Friday night was responded to within 5 minutes of my leaving a SOS message. Then, Justin, arrived less than 30 minutes later and quickly repaired the snapped cable with total knowledge and professional demeaner. I was very concerned about my garage door being left open all night. I would recommend this company to anyone who might have a garage door problem. The price was only $120.00 and I was ready to pay any amount to feel safe even though that would have been a hardship. This company definitely knows the meaning of good Customer Service.

I was very happy with them. They were professional and punctual. They did what they said they would do. They had to adjust the door after installation and they came immediately to do it. The price was good.
