First, I want to give a shout out to the front office for being able to get someone to work on the problem sooner than previously planned, they were over a week out. They were able to get an electrician to volunteer to start at 7am for us, and had them there in two days, thank you! The electrician, Adrian, was prompt and thorough in locating and solving the issue! It turned out to be a loose wire within the 3-Gang light switch box. Adrian stripped the wires back and twisted them together to prevent them from coming loose again. Adrian did the same for the other wires within the box to prevent the same thing from happening to them. Would ask Signature Electric back if I ever have the need in the future!

Shawn called w/ in 5 minutes of my calling his #. He ended up walking my husband through what he thought was wrong. It was exactly what he thought was wrong. No charge. Amazing!

My husband and I put our house on the market and had to upgrade our electrical service. We chose Signature Electric as their quote came in the lowest. They arrived at our house on the date promised and got right to work, completing the work in two days. Once our house was under contract there were some inspection-related repairs that also had to be completed. The owner, Sean Casey, assured us he would have one of his employees at our house on 1/4 to complete the repairs as our closing was on 1/6. Even though it was extremely short notice, they came through for us and took care of all repairs so that we could close on time. We are very appreciative of their promptness and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical repairs.

Talked to electrician on 9/27 still have not given quote has been 4 weeks obviously do not need work after a few calls has Ben 3 or 4 so leaving review of not to call unless really desperate. Cheyenne has this issue either companies do crappy work or don't follow up work leads cannot judge the work since they never gave quote but based on time it would take them a year to finish it anyway.

They did an excellent job. They were very punctual, courteous, and honest which is very important. They were upfront about what needed to be done, the cost of the work, and how long it would take to complete. They asked questions to find out exactly what happened and helped us figure everything out. What they said they were going to do, they did so, and in the time they said it would take. I would recommend their services to anyone!

We were notified by Cheyenne Light that we had a serious issue with our electrical meter that could potentially cause a fire. We contacted Signature Electric, who responded immediately. They were able to get someone out right away and handled notifying Cheyenne Light. They were very professional, which is hard to find sometimes. Thank you Signature Electric!!

This was one of the best experiences we have had with a local Cheyenne serviceman. We made a call that we had parts of our electricity in our basement in the morning and by 3:00 pm the owner came out to do our service. He was very polite and respectful. I am very nosey so I asked lots of questions and he answered them all fully in a way I could understand (not in a way that would ensure his need to return if the problem occurred again as so many trades professionals do). The issue that we had was extremely complicated as we had a hidden junction box from a previous owner. After a few hours the first day the problem was not found. After ensuring with us that it would not hinder us to stop work for the day he left to return the next day. With his instruction my husband and I were able to deduct approximately where the junction box was (his instruction saved us time that we could have been paying him for service). When he returned he brought a scoping camera and located and repaired the junction box with only one hole that was bigger than a little spackle repair of which we just got an access panel to allow access to the junction box in the future. I was very impressed with his service, response time, knowledge, communication, friendliness and work. I would highly recommend him to any one in Cheyenne needing electrical help. I will also ensure that he is the only electrician we use in the future.

Sean and his guys are very professional efficient. Sean came out for a bid and the work was done the next week. They had to run electrical wire through the attic and out to back deck area. They worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up immaculately, I could not even tell they had been here, except for the box on the side of the house. We will use them for all our electrical needs.

It went great! Each HVAC company that bid on our furnace/AC replacement sent their own contract electrician to bid separately This electrician demonstrated the highest level of competence, and was very professional. He gave me several options for how the work could be done, and quoted a price in my garage. He also spotted and discussed a situation with the breakers that wasn't up to current code, which no other electrician mentioned. I ended up hiring this fellow separately from the company that he normally worked with. They came out on the agreed day, on time, and finished their work in just a few hours. It all worked perfectly, and the bill was exactly what I expected. He wasn't the cheapest, but I am confident I got a bargain for the great work that was done.

Two electricians came to do the work. They were both polite and very professional. It only took the two of them three hours to do all the work and they did a great job. They both cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The final bill was right on the estimate. I would not hesitate to hire Signature Electric again.

I called Sean and set up a time for him to come over when the stove was supposed to be delivered. Unfortunately, Lowes truck didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to, and I had to call/text Sean a few times before I finally had a delivery time for my stove. Sean was prompt, evaluated what had to be done, we discussed the options and he went to work. The job was fast and professional, and the price was fair. I will definitely call him again when I need an electrician.

I called them from the listing on your website. The owner was in our area so he stopped over in 5 minutes to give an estimate on the building. He determined what needed fixing/replacing and called his office immediately to find out the costs of materials. within 2 minutes i had an estimate of labor and materials and a promise to look to find a solution for covers for the overhead lighting. He came to my home and replaced old wiring with new "to code" wiring with suggestions for other "safety" issues. I wanted to determine why a new over-the-stove fan stopped working and even though he does not do that kind of work he inspected it and determined the problem and told us who did that kind of work. I was not at home for this visit, but my 92-yr old mother showed him a loose wall light that we wanted repaired and he also didn't do that kind of work but changed the lightbulb for her!

Sean was our electrician on a major kitchen renovation this summer. There was a lot to be done, and I kept coming up with additional things for him to do each time he arrived. He was happy to tackle whatever problem or idea I had. Sean did the work while giving me great suggestions along the way( major renovations can be really overwhelming and help from a professional was much appreciated). He was a huge help in solving problems that the previous owner had created and was always ready to go the extra mile. Anyone that would go into my insulation packed attic in the worst heat of summer to get everything done has to be appreciated! Sean shows up on time and follows through until the job is done. He is very trustworthy and honest. I would not hesitate to give him access to my house if I was not able to be there while he worked. I know I can count on him to show up and not waste my time and money. Its a nice to know that we have an electrician that we can count on for all of our projects and dont have to worry that when we start the next phase of renovation that he is nowhere to be found. We have a lot more work to do on our house and I will count on Signature handle all the electrical. ** I didnt have the invoice handy ,that is why I put $0 on the amount spent- but I felt his rates are very reasonable.

Sean was very punctual. He arrived right on time. I had a list of five things for him to look at. After looking at the items, he said he had only allotted enough time for an estimate and had another job lined up, but if I wanted, he would start work on my items, highest priority to lowest. If he didn't get them all finished before he left, we could set up another time. He first re-wired a pair of three way switches with an occupancy sensor that we bought. We had tried to wire per the diagram's instructions but the results were not what were expected. Sean got the lights working. He then used a switch left over from the original project to replace the faulty fan switch in the bathroom, Next, he looked a the garage, which had two switches but only one seemed to work at it should. One switch if thrown, would control the lights. The other switch would only control the lights if the other switch was in the "on" position. He determined that it was a faulty switch and not a wiring issue and replaced the switch. Finally, he looked at the instant 1/3 gallon hot water heater (insinkerator) It is an older model. He could find no re-set button, but determined that the unit was getting power and that there were no user serviceable parts. At this time, he needed to head for his other appointment. Since he recycled the parts from other projects, he charged only for his labor, which was $65 per hour.
