They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"I found them on Angie’s List. He showed me pictures of everything and what he took out. He showed me the work and it wasn’t like made up or anything. He took pictures before and after on the roof of the part that was rotten and after he redid it. I was happy with him. I looked afterwards and there was no complaint. They did it in a timely manner, like they said they would. There were rain delays and it wasn’t their problem. They never tried to change the price on me. They cleaned up like nails and stuff in the driveway. I checked the driveway and there weren’t any nails or anything. They did a pretty good job. They did fine and it was a good job. I did have other estimates and they were okay. They called and asked if anything was wrong, and it has been a year. They got delayed and the work got a little hurried but it was damp and they couldn’t get to it. They did everything they were going to do. They didn’t try to cover and not replace certain things to make more profit, and I see all new gutters and everything."
