Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. "Last night the torsion spring for our garage door opener broke with a loud bang. After looking on line how to replace this spring, it was obviously not a DIY project as it can be dangerous and cause severe injury. Early this morning we called Danny's Door Service and within two hours their tech, Chuck, arrived to replace it. He was very friendly, experienced and efficient. He replaced the spring in less than a half an hour at very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Danny's if you are confronted with a similar problem. Tel is 304-599-3667"

I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
