Fantastic, friendly such a huge help

The team did a fantastic job on my house! We were in serious need of serious cleaning and TLS Cleaning Services responded right away. They did a thorough cleaning job at a reasonable rate. I'm so pleased I've already set up our next cleaning date and will plan to seek their help in the future.

I hired Tanya to clean my park model. It was the beginning of the season tand I needed a deep cleaning. It is probably 600 ft.² total with two bedrooms. Tanya told me it would be $250 so I agreed because she said she was going to do the windows and get up in the corner of my family room to wipe the wall. I came home to find that none of the windows had been done. Besides that, there was a Besides that, there wasn’t even a minimum done that you would have for normal cleaning. The dirt in the windowsills was all still there and the only things that had been done was the inside of the oven and the corners in my family room. Extremely disappointed and I feel I was taken advantage of. My husband was here and said that three people were here, including Tanya and they were only here for an hour and a half. After speaking with her on the phone, where she was disrespectful, and even hung up on me, she offered to come back. I declined and asked for half of my money back she refused.

From a house with many cleaning issues to one which sparkles, I give TLS services 100% credit. They did a wonderful job erasing hard to clean areas. Everyone was pleasant. I look forward to their return. Highly recommend.

TONYA enter staff were just terrific!! Tonya has a beautiful kind heart and she really cares about the work she does and she’s very industrious and doesn’t miss a detail!! Tonya and her staff were awesome. Most importantly I needed to have them come in as soon as possible as I received minimal advance notice of visitors coming in to my mother-in-law's house. Tonya and her crew did a deep cleaning and all was beautiful. I felt a connection immediately with her when I called, she was very flexible and accommodating to my needs. We already have her scheduled to come back to do my mother-in-law's house and a deep cleaning of my house. We were thoroughly impressed and felt comfortable with each and every person she had on board as her staff. That is very important to us that we can trust and feel comfortable with people coming into our homes. She follows through on everything she does, she gives advanced notification and reminders that they will be coming. And she works with the client. I highly recommend TLS cleaning services!

First time hiring a cleaner I did some interviews and meetings with prospective companies. BY and FAR the best decision was to go with TLS Cleaning Services LLC. What a great first impression. Met with them and we did a walk thru of my residence discussing what i wished to be cleaned. Very quickly afterward was given a cleaning schedule and breakdown on the prices. Was apprehensive the first cleaning. But when I got home could not be happier. They did A GREAT JOB. I wasn't happy with the service. The floors and ceiling fans were clean, but the bathroom (which was supposed to be deep cleaned) still had hair and dirt/stains in the drawers and medicine cabinet, a big blob of something on the baseboard, marks on the walls, and dirt around the base of and behind the toilet. I asked for the interior windows to be cleaned - they were left either completely undone or streaky like someone had barely wiped them with a damp rag - they look worse than before the cleaning. The sashes weren't even vacuumed and all the windowsills and blinds were still dirty. The living room window wasn't touched at all. The oven was supposed to be cleaned - there was still dirt and dust on the hinges and in between the oven and counter, and the bottom drawer wasn't touched. They did offer to come back to address the issues, but when they said they couldn't come back for another whole week I told them I couldn't wait that long, as we had company coming that weekend. At that point an offer of a partial refund would have been good customer service, especially with how expensive it was, but that didn't happen. Won't be using their services in the future.

When I initially met the team everyone was very professional and made me feel confident and confident that they could get the job done. However, only half the things we discussed were done. They did get a lot of dust off of the floor and ceiling fans but ignored almost everything else. I was told my cabinets and fridge were cleaned but when I checked all the old stains and crumbs were still there. I was told my oven had too much gunk to clean. I was told my walls would be dusted but weren’t. I was also told my bathrooms were cleaned but the shower still had soap scum all around. Some of this is my fault for not doing a thorough walk through prior to completion. I was busy with other things in other parts of my home so I did not think I needed to monitor and double check everything did but lesson learned. They offered to come back another day to “address concerns”, but honestly I am better off cleaning my own house after the way they cleaned. Would not recommend.
