Overall the intall of new heater and a/c was good, just had problems afterwards. they where on time durinng the install. the sales people are very friendly. I Had gotten a few different estimates and they where the most pricey, but in general the main reason i choose them was for the warranty on the euipment is was the best. They got a C for price cause what i said before. They got a B on Punctuality because of the no show appt., the ey got a B overall , cause of there lack of communication between office and serive techs.,
the responsive grade is also due to the fact there where informed about the problem and it took two weeks to get them out here. In repsonse though they where very helpful in sovling the problem at the end, SO it gets a B."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/wv/parkersburg/grogg%27s-home-services-reviews-5456482.htm"},"position":5},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"International Sales And Service","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"WV","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Julie D."},"reviewBody":"Our vehicle was totaled in Parkersburg, WV and was then towed by International Sales & Service to their facility in Williamstown, WV. (AKA Car Wrex.) An accident occurred in front of our home in mid February when a driver hit our parked Jeep, totaling the Jeep, the drivers? car and another car that was parked behind the Jeep. Our Jeep was towed to International Sales and Service (IS&S) and was stored there, waiting for the Insurance Adjuster. We were notified by the other drivers insurance that we had to remove the vehicle from the tow yard because they would not pay for storage after February 26th. My husband went to the storage yard on March 1st to arrange removal of the Jeep but was told by Brett at IS&S that we could leave the Jeep there at no charge other than what the insurance would pay. We decided to leave the Jeep since we still had not heard if the insurance had totaled the vehicle. It was more than a week later that the adjuster finally saw the Jeep and deemed it a total loss. At that time my husband went back to the tow yard, again, prepared to make arrangements to remove the Jeep. Again he spoke with Brett and again, Brett assured him that the Jeep could stay there at no additional costs, since we had not decided where we were going to take it. Still waiting for an insurance settlement in the first part of April, my husband and son both went to the storage yard to speak with them about the Jeep. Brett took time to point out the frame damage on the Jeep and again told my husband that there was no hurry in removing the Jeep,that they would accept whatever the insurance paid. Yesterday my son went to the tow yard to meet a friend who was going to tow the Jeep to his home for parts. When the friend arrived first and was looking at the Jeep, Brett offered to sell him the motor. My son arrived and Brett then told him that we owed more than $900.00 for storage and tow fees. My husband then went and spoke with Brett and reminded him of their conversations. Brett stated that he had been wrong and we had to pay the storage fee, and said we owed $390.00, in addition to the $400+ that the insurance was to pay. In the end, we had to sign over the title of the Jeep in order to avoid the $390.00 of additional charges."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/wv/williamstown/international-sales-and-service-reviews-2357404.htm"},"position":6}]}

Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.
"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Appliancezone.com is a leading on-line retailer of appliance parts and accessories for do-it-yourself homeowners. Incorporated in 2008, it was started by CEO, Jim Allen and his wife Paula, who operated an appliance repair business for nearly fourteen years prior to starting the internet company Appliance Zone.
"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

FAQs for appliance sale projects in Grantsville, WV
If you’re debating whether it’s worth repairing a damaged appliance, consider a few factors, including the appliance’s age and the cost to replace it. Large, high-value appliances are worth repairing, especially when the fixes are minor and the appliance is only a few years old. However, if the cost of repairs is more than half the price of a new item, then it may be worth replacing it. For example, if your refrigerator repair costs continue increasing and add up to more than 50% of the cost to replace it, you’re better off buying a new one.
In most cases, appliance warranties do not transfer to new owners. However, some exceptions apply. To check the status of your appliance warranty and whether you can transfer it when you move, review the terms and conditions of your warranties or consult your home warranty service. When purchasing a new appliance or one from a previous owner, be sure to pay attention to its warranty status, including the type of coverage and any exclusions.
Typically, most appliances last anywhere from 10 to 15 years, depending on the appliance, brand, and amount of use. Keeping a regular maintenance schedule, including cleaning and tune-ups, also helps appliances last longer. Dryers, gas stoves, and refrigerators tend to last the longest, averaging about 13 to 15 years. Microwaves and dishwashers tend to last about 10 years on average.
There are a few scenarios when replacing all kitchen appliances simultaneously makes sense, including major renovations, moving into a new home, or purchasing as a set. If you want to refresh your kitchen upon move-in day or start over during a renovation, consider purchasing and replacing your kitchen appliances at once to save on labor costs. Also, if your appliances are all original to the home or are older and require increasing amounts of maintenance and repair, replacing them all at the same time may be a good option.
The cost of home appliances ranges from $350 to $8,000 or more, depending on the brand, type of appliance, and features. Additional cost factors include any hookups that need to be installed, such as gas, plumbing, or electrical. Keep in mind that major appliances, such as refrigerators, washers and dryers, and water heaters, will cost more than minor appliances, such as microwaves, due to the size, complexity, and essential nature of the item.
