They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. The crew called ahead when they were on the way and arrived right on time and also finished the job on time. "Slow draining tub, a toilet that just won't flush, and some back flow when using the dishwasher left us thinking we just had a major clog.  To our surprise, it was a collapsed sewer line that needed to be replaced.  While there was a 1 week wait due to the time of year and the demands they were expecting, we were more than happy to wait the week.  Work went quickly and smoothly, and was far less intrusive than we anticipated.  Their staff even wore shoe coverings when coming into the house!  Only some minor clean up work was required once they left, which appeared to be an oversight when they cleaned up.  Everything else was back to normal after they left and no problems since."

"It went very well. The electrician, Danny, was excellent. When an opening in his schedule became available a day earlier than our planned appointment, he called to see if I wanted to take it. I found it much more convenient. As the company had requested, I had ordered and purchased the "fan" in advance. It was composed of parts that fit into the existing fan housing. Danny installed it, but found that style produced a rattling vibration which I did not want. He suggested a style that would perform better and cost only a little more. It included both the interior and exterior parts and dropped down from the roof into the attic. Although it was late in the day and extremely hot, he went to the hardware store, found the new type, and installed it. The cost of the job included the service and the new fan. He helped me pack up the other fan for return to the supplier and also gave me free advice about some unrelated wiring in the attic that was not up to code and would not pass inspection, if I had one in the future. The new fan has a thermostat and is working well."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
