However, since then JES responded to my complaint and Brian came out and did a thorough job of installing a drain system for my dehumidifier, I was also impressed by a follow up phone call about my review and the subsequent work. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend the company to do any work.He has truly worked with me to get things and problems taking care of that being a 64-year-old female alone that could not have done on her own. Thank you"

"Amazing service. Jason was here the next morning and worked on the shower drain that was filled with grout from a tile contractor. Hired a local plumber to clear the drain and all they did was pierce the p trap in 2 places. Jason took over jetted the grout out, then sent the camera and noticed the 2 holes. Didn't leave me hanging over the holidays with family arriving in 2 days. Came back the next morning and dug his way under the home to replace the p trap. Saved me from cutting up all my new interior shower flooring. Highly recommended. Thank you Chloe and Jason."

"Drain was cleared as contracted. The price was very high. But they did show up within two hours of the call. They worked out of their unmarked truck and one had their 3-4 yr old daughter in the cab during the job. So one of them had to stay in the truck all the time with her. It did not stop the work from getting done. But I had wondered why they kept splitting up who did what."
