I had a short notice request and they were quick to respond, offered a great price, and my yard looks excellent.

Unfortunately, they did not live up to their high rating. I asked them to mow 4.5 to 5 inches tall since it was going to be super hot over the next few weeks. They cut it much shorter than I requested, leaving piles of grass all over the yard behind them. They said they could come back and cut again as a means to mulch up the remnants.. if you know what you are doing and care about your customer and your reputation, you should have raised your mowing deck higher to avoid this issue altogether to avoid impacting the yard. The yard is in stress mode because it was mowed too low and because all the remnants were left lying. As a result of their work, the yard went from one of the best yards in the neighborhood to one of the worst with one mowing, I was very clear with my communication but clearly my requests fell on deaf ears.

Showed up when I expected, got right to work not wasting any time, and lawn was clear and looked awesome in under 30 minutes.

Notified when they would arrive. Took less time and they reduced their price which was unexpected. So far, for the two times I have used them I would recommend them.

D&D just started my project, but I've been impressed not only by the quick response, but also by the professional itemized proposal, as well as both email and on-site interactions with the owner and employees. I especially felt that the owner really listened as we went over what I wanted done throughout the yard, even arranging the schedule so the basic yard cleanup was done before a family gathering even though the rest of the project would take place later. Very happy so far!
