We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. "The restoration on the two wooden chairs was excellent. I could not find any trace of the previous badly done repair. Mr. Delgado managed to undo the splintered condition. All scuffs were removed, the supports were fixed and the finish was matched perfectly. The upholstery job on the cushions was less satisfactory. Apparently Mr. Delgado farmed this work out to someone else who did not have such skill. The cushions were notched so that added to the difficulty of sewing a cover, but the piping was uneven, there was some puckering in the corners of the seat piece, it appeared that something like a bit of glue got on the fabric, and the zipper folds were uneven. The upholsterer did not have sufficient skill. The covers are good enough for the time being and no one will notice except me, but I will have another contractor do the cushions if they eventually need to be redone. "
