He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. "I didn't have work done, but I called to find out about getting an inspection for mold in my house based on a previous leak. I told the person that I wanted to see if they would be able to better a previous quote from another company. I was told I could pay $325 for a mold test or I could have them come out for a $95 service call for them to assess the area and that would come off the total of the estimate if I have the work done. They didn't seem very eager to help and were not overly friendly. Maybe I'm just looking for some better customer service."
