Contract contained MANY loops found along the construction phase which left room for deception in quality work and materials specified. Although the contracts are actually draw sheet you don't get to see your discussed plans before he begins apparently, only AFTER the project is started. When you set down the owner and draw up what you want to go to HIS engineer for design, make CERTAIN you ask for copy or you'll later get a blank stare or excuse as to why there isn't one. All along when you complain you didn't want a certain thing they do, your asked for more cash to get what YOU wanted and told them to do in the beginning! Asked for specifics to be built and was not given what was agreed upon. The project at completion was build to CONTRACTOR WANTS and specifications ONLY, NOT CLIENTS specifications WANTS OR NEEDS. Contractor used the cheapest materials he could find to complete this project although client had paid for high end quality materials and work. Quality in work was very poor and some things had to be done over as they were just so poorly completed. Drywall for example looked like a bunch of grade schools were let loose with crayons. Half of the fixtures were either extremely CHEAP QUALITY or appeared to be either USED from a previous customers project or purchased as low end seconds. Paid materials disappeared from the job site location too or had possibly been switched out for cheaper materials as suspected. Although Company TRIED to match and failed what had been purchased by client to be installed. Client then discovers the old switch method of switching high end materials for low end and trying to deceive their client. This company is horrible in personal opinion. Over-priced for what you paid for and then receive. Buyer beware also, in this state you cannot let an employee be your Notary if YOUR company. This company used their own employee as the Notary on their papers it was discovered way too late. I doubt these practices are legal what this company is doing. I highly recommend anyone to steer clear of this company for commercial anyway. I don't know about a residential job though honestly. The owner of this construction company NEEDS to be more involved in what his employees are doing and to make certain those he hires really do KNOW what their doing. This company is not worth the cost in terms of quality at all from what my company owners noticed. The next visit was to perform maintenance. The furnace was malfunctioning, so the tech recommended I replace it or replace costly parts. Since it was 19 years old and giving me problems during the last few years I decided to replace it. We scheduled a day for the replacement. On that day the technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They did drop my humidifier once during the installation, and forgot to secure it again before they left and it fell off again so they had to come back to secure it. Having it fall after they left startled me but when I called the company and they sent them back immediately. It appeared to be an honest mistake. The humidifier was slated to be replaced, and was not part of the job, so I really don't hold that against them. But if it was a new, or nearly new, item they would have likely damaged it, so they should probably be careful when they are handling equipment not related to their installation and belonging to their customers."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ok/oklahoma-city/interstate-heating-and-air-conditioning-reviews-301955.htm"},"position":9}]}

Family owned business with 25 years experience, handling residential needs for Electrical, and Handyman jobs.
"The ceiling fan and bathroom fixture went great . Mr Hale was not able to complete the kitchen fixtures through no fault of his own: old house wiring. Everything was in the attic which has no floor: thus an unsafe working environment for now. He was very good at explaining why my lighting choices would not be feasible on this visit, replaced the old lights. He even adjusted the bill down! I felt Mr Hale was very competent, honest and skillful and I am really enjoying my ceiling fan and new bathroom fixture! I would definitely recommend his work and call him for future work."

FAQs for tv mount installation projects in Fort Gay, WV
The average cost to hire a handyman ranges from about $40 to $140 per hour. Average project cost ranges between $180 and $700, but the cost per hour and per project depends heavily on the type, size, and complexity of the project. The pro’s experience level and your location also factor into how much a handyman charges per hour or per project. You can also expect to pay higher rates or additional fees for emergency services, or around periods of high customer demand, like holidays.
If your TV antenna is good quality and was installed by a professional, you can expect it to last between 10 and 20 years without needing repair or replacement. This can vary based on your geographic location, weather conditions, and antenna location.
The cost to repair your TV antenna is around $200 for the average homeowner. However, charges could be as low as $60 or as high as $450. Factors such as multidirectional or unidirectional, indoor or outdoor, and amplified or non-amplified all play an essential role in determining the cost of your repair. For example, outdoor antennas cost more on average to repair than indoor ones, much like amplified antennas cost more to repair than unamplified ones.
Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications. If licensing is required in your area, you may pay more for a licensed handyman with experience than one who is not licensed or certified, but you’re likely to get a better end result for your project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local handymen guidelines.
Before your TV antenna stops working, there are a few ways to tell it’s starting to break. Some common signs that your antenna needs repair include:
A repetitive “no signal” issue
A redundant “searching” issue
Increased signal issues during a cloudy or rainy day
A sudden drop in signal strength, regardless of the weather
If you’re experiencing these problems, you’ll want to ensure that your cables are still in good shape and have not deteriorated. In addition, check to make sure that your cables are firmly in place at the wall outlet. Finally, check the position of your antenna to ensure there are no obstructions in its path. If you’ve checked your antenna thoroughly and are still having these problems, a repair is most likely needed by an antenna technician.
