"I can't say enough good things about this company. We're so grateful that they agreed to fix a botched install from another company. Even though it isn't something that they'd normally do, they recognized that they could take a grass that is not their proprietary product, however using their proprietary expertise, and make chicken salad out of chicken s#*t! After reaching out to FL after a terrible grass install as indicated above, the owner Jim reached back to me the next day and said he'd have their project manager stop by to have a look. Within a day or two he came by, walked around with me and had a look, then did another walk around on his own taking notes, and within a day or two of that I had a comprehensive plan to make it right in the form of a detailed estimate. As I said, the finished product was fantastic, however just as good as the work was, the people are even better. From the initial call to their customer reception, owner, project manager, and to the crew, everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared about what they were doing every step of the way. "I was not very pleased with this company. We were told we would have our landscaping and wall finished by Halloween. Halloween came and went. Then, by Thanksgiving, then, Christmas. Finally, Valentine’s Day it was finished…kind of. The men were not consistent. The men from Mexico were really hard workers. The others, well let’s say they showed up. There was never the same crew. Men kept being pulled off of our job to go work on others. I took pics of some of the younger guys on their phones laying in the neighbors grass and it wasn’t lunch time. Two hour lunches and then the guys would sit in the truck from about 3:15 or so and drive off at 4:00. We had to finally ask them to clean up their bottles/trash because it was out of hand. My flower beds only had about 4 inches of soil. The “top supreme” soil was a mixture of clay/dirt. The ground cracks if not watered daily. Some days there was only one young man working. For over $100k, we expect better. Wouldn’t hire them to mow my lawn."
