We have had some emergencies with her and they have been absolutely wonderful. It did not cost me a lot. Dr. Brianna Davis is the name of the vet. They checked with me on the weekend. They only charged me $45 for the second visit. They saw her immediately. I like her compassion for me and my dog.

We are happy with our vet service here. Our pets have just used them for their annual check ups so far. We are usually able to get an appointment quickly, and the cost isn't as extreme as some vets. I will say that it is difficult to get your pet in to the pet lodge. They are booked far in advance, which I guess, says something about the care.

He is the most wonderful veterinarian and I dearly love him. I highly, highly recommend him. He is so sweet. I lost a little pomeranian dog not very long ago and they were the most wonderful people. They sent a donation to Georgia University in memory of my dog when he died. They are absolutely wonderful.

They are very nice people and they board animals too. We have only done it twice. And, they take good care of you.

They are very attentive and efficient. They take good care of the dogs and are very professional. You never feel rushed when you go to them.

at all reccomending them to anyone. They are the only place I would even think of taking my babies to be boarded They took my worst day and instead of only thinking of losing Shayla I think of thier huge hearts and gentle hands.

I'm giving this report a "B" for "Responsiveness" because I did not ever get a response from an email I sent from Angie's List. I would suggest just going ahead and calling, the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. And, if you get someone at the front desk who doesn't know an answer to your question, they will get it right away or call back very quickly.

Once I made the appointment, the front desk/tech was able to help me determine what vaccinations I needed to catch up on for my cat without making me feel bad for being behind on them. They even called the HSPCA that performed his initial vaccinations to ensure what was actually done! Really liked that!

The estimate was very accurate, and they actually discounted the exam since my kitty boy was too defensive to have his temperature taken. I really liked this! Before they sedated him they contacted me, I'm not a fan of it and because he had no health concerns going in, I opted not to sedate him and forego the rest of the health exam.

I didn't realize I had to bring wet food so they made sure he had some anyway. In the future I know to bring it if I want him to have it.

When I picked him up, he was still a little defensive so they allowed me to go back and wear their protective gloves to get him in his carrier. I just really like that they are flexible enough to do the job well and take mine and my cat's needs into account. I'm definitely going back for his boosters and will board him again later this year for a week.

By the way, I understand the prices are very good!!!

This was the beginning of a tough couple of weeks with a very sick cat. The Staff was unbelievably helpful, compassionate and went so far out of their way to help us through his sickness. Our cat survived and is doing wonderfully and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vet or kennel.

See above. Although they had to work us in, we did not have long to wait. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they treat each patient as if he/she were special. I have been taking my dogs to this clinic for four years and have always had a pleasant experience. I feel that my dogs are well cared for.

Grace is a wonderful vet hospital. They were encouraging, loving, and took excellent care of my baby. I had a sick dog and dropped her in the morning. The doc called me immediately to let me know what she thought, what tests needed done, and a pricing estimate. They took excellent care of my pet.

Dr. Tim and his team - especially Dr. DeRoy - have been caring for our new fur baby since we adopted her on 5/8/09, and will continue to do so. She's had some health problems, but now appears to feel fine: running, playing, eating well, and being very kitten-ish. Now, if we could just get rid of that diarrhea...

We were very pleased with the way our "furbabies" were handled and cared for. We liked how we were treated, too. Dr. Tim and his staff are real, caring pros. The facility is new and up-to-date, with an on-site lab. We used to be close to them, but now live on the other side of town - we will NOT change vets.
