LONG RUN PET HOSPITAL

Unfortunately, the dog remained sick after three visits. I switched to a different vet.one thing that really bothered me was that the vet wouldn't let me see the kennel area. I asked twice and she declined twice. It made me wonder if she was hiding something.

I have four dogs and she provides annual check up and teeth cleaning. She is very practical and very professional. There are no flaws in her office but it is small practice. She is very gentle and very good with animals. I just like her and I don't have any problems at all when I go there. She takes care of my dogs and if there are things that needs to be done, she'll tell you. She definitely looks after my pets. The office is great. It's small but the environment is great and the staff is good. She has an assistant. I like them a whole lot.

I was taking her to a vet 40 minutes away to try to help her. Well after a few years of her ears not getting better I thought I would try Long Run Animal Hospital. I must say with Dr. Harrold's treatment her ears are so much better!! I could go on and on about how wonderful I think she is but I wouldn't be able to type it all. I am very pleased at the results I have seen. Dr. Pam explains everything and no matter what concerns I had she took the time to answer them. I must say this will be my animals new place to go!!! I must say her assistant Shay is wonderful too. She doesn't make you feel bad for calling.

The clinic is always clean and smells good. The receptionist greets us in a friendly way, as does the resident cat. Dr. Pam is always happy to see our three dogs, and she talks to them in a sweet, quiet way that they seem to find reassuring. She also makes herself available by phone when needed.

Lovely staff who clearly care about animals. They treated us well and our dogs and cat love them. Dr. Pam is excellent.

Our 11 yr-old sheltie who has been ailing with multiple problems, including leaking heart valves had been in terrible distress, pacing and unable to breath correctly. When we took her into the office; we thought it would be for the last time (March 2008) but the Dr. was able to pull her through with the thought that we would still have her for a short time and would still have to make the decision to put her down soon. It is now the middle of September, 2008 and she is still doing surprisingly well and every additional day is thanks to Dr. Harrold, her medication, and to God who blessed us with a great dog and a great vet and her caring staff.
