We have built a solid reputation of customer satisfaction through prompt service, quality work and attention to detail from residential to commercial clients. "They were only interested in selling me a new unit, not repairing my old one, even temporarily. I have an "elderly" heat pump that needs a compressor. I intend to replace this heatpump within two years but CANNOT do it now so I asked them to repair the unit. They refused because "Trane no longer makes the compressor for that unit and we won't install a generic one." Not, "we can't install" but we won't install. When I told them that I absolutely could not afford to replace the unit at this time, they still refused to work on it with "liability" as the excuse. So I will find someone who will install an aftermarket compressor and then pay THEM the $18,000 when I replace the unit in two years. it's a fairly large unit so replacing it will be a lucrative job for someone. I believe they saw a woman who would just write them a check and not question it."
