Technician was prompt and service was complete. Air Cond Design installed the heater and air conditioning 10 years ago and have serviced the units ever since with no problems.

They have always been very prompt and the technician comes out and checks everything and tells me everything is ok and then he leaves. When I called about the compressor they were out within 48 hours. They are prompt and they clean up after themselves. They were very professional and I would use them again in the future.
