They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. He does an excellent job wrapping the exterior of the window with metal, resulting in a beautiful finished look. He is quite compulsive with insulation and caulking as well. He removed all the old windows and debris and left a clean job site. Couldn't ask for better work.
