We run a small crew so we can maintain good quality control in an effort to minimize call backs and complaints. Sometimes (rarely), we employ quality sub-contractors. We also offer consulting on construction projects to help the lay person through their projects.

We had the work done in May and they are still keeping my money as of August. If they change the work order do not pay the full amount unless you get a new contract.
