Not only did he show up only a couple hours after I called, but he was very quick, professional, and price was more than fair. Will call with any needs in the future.

Didn’t do the job as requested and now I have a problem and won’t return to fix after telling me he would. Told me he would return on Wednesday never showed and won’t return calls

The installers were on time. However, one of them appeared to be in training (and made several comments which reflected a lack of sufficient training). In order to find installation instructions, I had to do more research on the specific brand of water softener than I expected to, which wasn't a significant problem). The installation process itself appeared to be smooth and timely The cost was slightly higher than I was lead to believe (even after factoring in the cost of the additional supplies that proved to be necessary) So far, we have experienced no known problems with the installation or the performance of the water softener.

Took a couple visits but Bill and team got it fixed. They were helpful and very responsive.

Appt scheduled to replace leaky hose bibb. Upon arrival, new owner (a stranger to me) did not introduce himself or discuss price estimate before dispatching his helper into my crawl space to begin cutting pipes. When I paused the work to ask about cost, he gave smart alec reply. Eventually, he did quote a price, we agreed, and work continued. Quality of work was fine. I asked for additional work and he scheduled another appt for next day. Next day did not go well. I had questions and concerns, but rather than discuss with me, he said I was "complaining too much and not a nice person." He stated he only works for nice people and didn't need this job. Then he stormed off and left work undone. Never seen anything quite like it. Doubt that business strategy will pay off for him. I had to hire another plumber to finish the work.

Went very well. It was completed in a short period of time and the work was excellent. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why it was needed. I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing issues.

Late last night I heard a hissing noise behind our refrigerator.  I pulled it out and the water line going into our refrigerator had split and was spraying water all over the floor.  It was late so I shut down the water to the house to minimize the damage.  First thing this morning I pulled up Angie's List and I found Vienna Plumbing and Repair.  They had great reviews so I gave them a call.  They arrived within 30 minutes, repaired the water line quickly and the bill was much less than I expected.  They were professional, courteous, friendly and I couldn't have been more pleased! I can see why they get so many great reviews! We'll definitely use them again!

Great job.  We did need to reschedule a few times.  Prompt responses to phone calls.  Honest and fair.

Rich did an excellent job when I needed to replace my gas hot water heater.  He came out that morning and even put a couple of other projects on hold so that he could complete this installation. He was prompt and professional.  The work was excellent and I have had no additional problems.  His price was very reasonable especially for a master plumber. He even fixed a couple of small plumbing items that I had just never gotten around to fixing.  I would call him again for any plumbing problems.

Rick, took time out of his schedule to come to my daughters home and tighten a nut, that a formal plumber that I had called, said he had inspected and tighten all the connections after he installed two washers in the facuet. I found Rick to be the a great person in all aspects ,.He also would not let me pay him a cent, when he could have charged me a service call. He will always be the plumber to go to for me.

I called on a Tuesday morning. They were here around noon to look at the existing tank. They were here Wednesday morning at 10 am to install the new water heater. They worked me in before some existing appointments because I had no hot water. I highly recommend them.

The provider returned my call in a reason able time and was able to make an appointment with a couple days to examine my issues. He fixed the leaking pipe to the outdoor faucet in no time at all and the fix for the leaky bathtub faucet went just as quick. I believe his fees were very reasonably. I would recommend them for future work.

We called these gentleman Monday 5/21 and they were able to come over and fix my shower the next morning Tuesday 5/22. Professional, fast and reasonable pricing.
