Excellent, Troy was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very detailed summary after inspection, would recommend to anyone.

Troy was very punctual with calling me and arranging a time. He was super nice on the phone and in person. He was quite professional and detailed. He spent at least 2 hours for the inspection and more time pointing out areas of concern. He actually took my husband and I to all areas of the house and was specific about the issues. In his written report, he included pictures detailing his findings. He pointed out areas that were of concern and areas that the homeowners needed to fix immediately for their own safety.

Great to work with, very prompt and professional. He did a very thorough job in inspecting the house and also taking the extra time to go over the report.

All communication was prompt, through, and professional.
He walked threw the property with me showed me areas of concern. As a woman he treated me with respect and talked to me as a client and not a woman who isn't familiar with all the things that are in the home, electrical, foundation, plumbing etc.
He showed me everything that he included in his report and spent the time to make sure i understood. The report with details and pictures were very helpful.
He had previously done an inspection on this home many years ago and actually remembered certain things about the home and was able to tell me some things that had changed since his last inspection and some things that haven't changed. Good to know seeing as home most sellers don't give you a home history upon purchasing it.  
I am a very inquisitive person and that didn't bother him in the slightest.
Out of all the expenses in purchasing a home I feel this was the best money spent. I plan on using him for regular home checkups!!! THANKS!!!

They were very professional and did an excellent job. They found some
things the buyer fixed before purchase and even came back to make sure
the buyer did the work correctly. All in all it was a very smooth transaction.

Troy was fantastic, very thorough and pleasant. He walked us around the outside and inside of the house after he did his inspection, explained his findings and explained options to fix problems. We had lots of questions that he gladly answered. He also mentioned several times that if we had additional questions later just to call him. His wife Erica also works with him in their office and is in charge of the Radon Testing. I thought they were great and would highly recommend them.

The most recent inspection was actually the second home I had inspected by Troy. The first one I was interested in had major structural and foundation issues. I went with Troy on the first inspection and it was an eye opening experience. He could look at joists or a door frame, point out where it was not square, explain where the stress was coming from and what caused it. (In this case, the front corner of the house was sinking into the hillside.) He saved me from buying a lovely house that had a large number of serious and expensive problems. The issues were documented in a pdf report in writing and with photos.
The second house also received a thorough going over and the few major issues were identified. It takes 48 hours to receive the formal report but I asked for a brief list of the major issues so that we could move forward with the seller. Troy sent a quick response to this request which included that the central air was not working. The seller quickly had a service person recharge the central air unit and we were able to move forward toward closing.
The report is easy to read with major concerns listed first, followed by needed repairs and improvement suggestions for each category.
I found Troy to be a pleasure to work with, he is very easy-going and professional and I trust him implicitly.

My general experience with them was good. Instead of billing me the contractor, he billed me the bank and I liked that. He's professional, I never had any problems with him and he did his job.

Troy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He used shoe covers when entering the house. He explained everything in detail and did not seem to be in a rush which we very much appreciated.
He work together with his wife Erica and they found radon in our house. They recommended a service provider to install a radon exhaust who did an excellent job.
We later had a small problem with our house and he came by (at no charge) and explained some solutions and gave good advice how to do some renovations.

They were very thorough and reasonably priced. They were very knowledgeable and they provided good quality service.

It is a husband and wife business. They do quite a lot of work. They provide the most detail and professional estimates. They are very honest, friendly and more than courteous. They are like the jack of all trades and really know their stuff. The estimate had gone over several hundred dollars as they had underestimated the job but I did not mind since people kept informing me that they had done a beautiful job. I would use them again in the future.

They do a good job and I would give them and A grade on everything.

He put's the little cover bootie's on his shoes. He's the model. He was fantastic and I would use him again.

He treated the mold in my attic and he installed two automatic air vents. And replace the ceiling to my pantry. He was referred to me by my roof man George. He was fantastic and I would use him again.
