"It was a pleasure to have them advise me on my home in Berkeley Springs, WV. The original estimate was not changed due to my house having an ancient type of foundation that precluded them from cutting into the cement floor for the tile drains. The alternative was sheeting applied to the walls with a "guttering" type baseboard that collects the water and gravity drains it to the sump pump. " hollow plastic baseboard is installed along the base of basement walls to form a drainage channel that directs water to a sump pump system. A baseboard-type drainage system is sometimes recommended when the basement slab is too thin to accommodate a French Drain." It cost $5000 to install the entire drainage system and sump pump in 2017. Works so well no moisture for the past 2 years. Had maintenance done on original work for $178 in 7/2019. I hope it lasts for years to come."

"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. They showed up on time and were very professional. The project manager checked in always in person and by calling. I always got a summary at the end of each day on where they are at. "THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH STARS IN HEAVEN TO SAY HOW WONDERFUL MR. ADKINS AND HIS CREW WERE TO US!!!!! OnJuly 1st. There was a very bad storm in Mason Co,. And we were without electricity for 7 hours. During that time the loss of power ruined our bladder tank in our well house. My husband and I have been using a well that his family dug probably in the 40's when they built the house. We have been without water since July 1st. So we decided to put in city water. We paid for the tap and the city of Point Pleasant water office said for us to find a contractor to install the line. They said " just go to a hardware store and they will probably know of someone who can do it." We went to 2. No luck. A lot of contractors are swamped with work and we were told it would be weeks before they could get time to do it. So after much prayer God sent Mr. Adkins and his crew!!!!! There are not enough words to describe the great level of professionalism and the quality of work is nothing short of perfect!!!! After describing our problem, Mr. Adkins moved his schedule around and placed us on an emergency status and came here at 9 am and by 4pm I now have running water in my home!!! IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!"

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
