Very prompt on the start time and also estimated time to finish and was dead on. Very knowledgeable about their job. Would definitely hire for future Hvac work and refer them to family and friends. And also installed American Standard equipment which is top rated.

They are excellent. 

They gave good advice, because I was interested in getting a new air conditioner so they gave me very good advice on which system to use and what kind of capacity needed so I think they did a very good job.

Larry's quote beat the competition and he installs a superior product, American Standard, which is rated highest in Consumer Reports. The crew (3) arrived on time, were very courteous and were respectful of my home (offered to remove shoes when they entered). Scheduled for 1 1/2 days but nearly were complete in 1 day. Cleaned-up their mess and hauled it all away. They came highly recommended by word-of-mouth and I will continue the trend.

Larry came to look at our air conditioner that we had replaced when we bought out house in 2008, but was going bad then of 2010 season. He was very willing to help us out with our A/C (even though he did not install it) and tried to fix it but unfortunately ended up needing replaced. He was very sympathetic to me and my husband as I was 9 months pregnant with no A/C :) We also purchased a 10 year parts and labor warranty through them...so no worries for a while :) Larry, the owner, is always so friendly and works you in when you call. It's very nice to see the owner out working with his people and treating customers and his crew how he would want treated. Super nice guy and great work ethic and prices. I do not remember the exact prices, my husband did that end of it so thats a guesstimate. We also called him back to put a himidifier on our furnace. He is now our entire family's go to guy, DO NOT HESITATE to call!!!

They did really well. They were really efficient in what they did and were reasonably priced. The men were very nice. I would really recommend them.

I called A-One and left a message that I needed help getting our old gas furnace restarted after being shut-down in he Spring, Tim Archer returned my call shortly, and agreed to come the next day. He came as promised ans got the furnace restarted, also showing me where and how to do this myself, but he agreed with me that it was safer to have a professional do this if I was unsure. He then, at my request, checked the electric heat pump that heats the back part of the house, and found it to be in good working order (he had repaired an electric circuit problem two years earlier). His charge for the time spent was $75.00, a very reasonable amount compared to what others charged for such work.
Archer has done very good work for us over the years, starting with basic plumbing work and moving into heating and cooling as well. He performed a major plumbing and heating job for us about twelve years ago in my wife's parents house, upgrading the plumbing and the heating duct work and then designing and installing a completely new heating and cooling unit. The work was excellent and took care of a major deficiency in that house for a very reasonable cost.
I recommend Tim Archer and his company, A-One Heating and Cooling, very highly, for competence, skill, quick response and excellent results, all at a very reasonable and competitive cost.

They responded as soon as they could. They were overbooked when I called. They planned for a week of work in my house but it only took four days. They were professional. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my home. They were very professional and courteous. They got the job done faster than they said they would.

We would highly recommend them. We would definitely use them again.
