"Installed custom play house for my daughter at a very reasonable price, good quality work, and is something our family loves."

"Very professional & completed work as requested."

"We have been looking for a reliable Handyman for some time. J.A.N.I Construction showed up as promised and completed excellent work. I will recommended him to my family, church family, and co-workers. It is hard to find people who takes pride in their work. Throughout the project JANI assured me the work was being done as requested. My project is beautiful and was completed in a timely manner."

"They did a great job and would recommend them"

"I wanted to add some extra outlets and a light fixture in my room, and he did an excellent job. He was very professional, clean, and paid great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality electrical work."

"Kevin was a few minutes late but I received email updates concerning his progress. He worked quickly and professional to reinstall a towel rack and robe hook in my bathroom and tighten a loose cupboard door. He replaced a faulty light switch downstairs so quickly that I don't realize he'd done it until he told me. The bathroom exhaust fan I had bought was not the kind I wanted, which he pointed out to me, so I ran to Lowes and got another. That one did not quite fit, but Kevin spent some time working it and was able to install it. It's now several days later, I have used everything he repaired several times, and I am very happy with he work. He was also polite and professional. They were not cheap, but I am very happy with them and plan to use this company and hopefully use him again in the future."

"These guys were great. Very responsive and work was beautiful. I had new carpet installed, ceiling repair and painted, walls painted, exterior power washed, deck repaired and painted plus a few other odds and ends. I was very happy and will be keeping them on my phone for any further projects."

"Joe came early in the day, called me from his truck and got to work. He cleaned up the debris and bagged it. It all looks good! Last fall, we had Gutter Ethics do an installation of an extra downspout which has been a great benefit with all of the heavy rain lately. I would highly recommend Gutter Ethics."

"Portillo installed all of of our bathroom tile and was great! Quick to respond and very reliable. I will use them again!"
