When I met with potential contractors I found on Angi, they all had similar estimates but I finally decided on hiring Rocco Falcone based on his knowledge and honesty of what we wanted and what would be possible. He also worked with us on bringing the estimate down a little ,since I was willing to help with the flooring and painting . When I called to ask about his availability, he called back in a very timely manner, and we were able to set up an appointment in the same week. He was easy to talk to, he listened closely and communicated clearly about the work he would do and the cost of the the projects. His prices were fair. He also made it clear that he would be sure the job was done carefully and to my liking. The projects he completed included powerwashing and staining my deck and stairways leading to and from the deck. He also repaired some damaged drywall in the laundry room. I am very pleased with his work, and I highly recommend Scott for any building projects."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
