Our builder really screwed up some timelines and made it super difficult on Dan to install the floors and finish the floors, but Dan was so accommodating and did his best to work around their terrible scheduling. He updated us at every turn, communicated incredibly effectively and gave us the most outstanding floors that were exactly our vision. "The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"I had laminate in the entry way and in the kitchen of my house.  The entire 1st floor has hardwood.  They came and they replaced the laminate with hardwood and weaved in new pieces seamlessly.  They also sanded and stained it.  We came periodically to check on the progress each evening and they cleaned up after themselves every night.  Javier, the owner,  called me to keep me abreast of each part of the job.  When they finished, everything was cleaned up and it was all perfect and turned out exactly how we wanted it to.  One of the things that I really thought was exceptional was that we had a broken door in the master closet that was broken.  When they replaced the door after doing the floors, they fixed the door, which was above and beyond the scope of work and just a really great display of customer service."
