"Excellent initial consultation with Ryan M. Careful COVID-19 prevention measures. Thorough and knowledgeable explanation of all options. Provided a quote that did not change throughout the entire process. Scheduled an installation appointment about 6 weeks later. We requested a change order that was dealt with expeditiously. Installers arrived on at the day and time as promised. Jon B. and Chris G. were professional and skilled. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Again, professional in all aspects. Would hire again in a minute."

Small jobs welcome
My priority is a job well done, if I'm not certain I'm the right guy for the job I'll be honest with you up front. I'm prepared for a broad range of work but I don't claim to be a specialist in any areas. If you're looking to only hire a single contactor instead of a separate carpenter, drywaller, plumber, electrician, etc., I might be the right fit for your job. I'm up for a challenge if you have a creative or custom touch you would like to incorporate into your project, let's brainstorm how you'd like it and if I'm capable of bringing your idea to life. \n\n-Do you own a vacation home/cabin in the area that you would like renovated in the off season? \n-Are you ready to finish your basement into a man cave/playroom/extra bedrooms? \n-Does the wife have a big item on the honey-do list that you would really prefer not to DIY?\n Give me a call or shoot me an email, let's have a chat and I can take a look at it.\n\nThis is a one man operation. My experience starts with 5+ years throughout and after college in a modular home building plant. I used the opportunity to work on almost every crew in the facility, learning many of the skills and techniques required to build a house from start to finish. I worked my way up into the quality control office after learning all I could on the floor. When I moved to a quieter part of the state I started a business doing what I know, and I can do it at a competitively fair price since I'm the only employee.\n\n Are you ready to get your project "Right On The Money"?\n

"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."

"A new to us home had severe mold overtake our basement when
the humidity soared while we we on vacation. We really had a situation.
We looked up Custom Craft on Angie's List. We called left a message and Rich called right back.
He came out and gave us a analysis and quote within 1 day. We were reluctant to trust a contractor based on
a recent bad experience. We decided to proceed with Custom Craft - we really needed to act fast.
My trust was well placed. They came out and put a mind boggling amout of equipment
in our home to make it safe to live in. They ripped out everything infected, dry wall, remodeling lumber, insulation,
which was several days for the crew. The sorted our personal items and saved many of them. They
then cleaned and disinfected our basement.
This was an unpleasant project and a lot of work.
They got it done to make our home safe and protected our home investment.
Rich gave us free follow-up advice.
These guys did a great job for us.
Also - I recommend a good 60-100 pint dehumidifier in your basement.
If your basement was sheet rocked in the 70-80's,
you may want to explore whats behind the drywall.
Basements require special remodeling practices and
they did not do it right back them.

The cost to finish a basement is $18,400 for the average homeowner. However, this cost could be as little as $2,800 or as much as $34,500, depending on the basement size and the materials needed. If your basement is already outfitted with electrical and plumbing, expect the cost to fall on the lower end.
For example, the drywall cost for this project averages around $1,750, but other features, like hiring a plumber, cost between $45 and $200 per hour.
The cost to remodel a basement is between $12,100 and $33,400 for the average homeowner. The price you pay can be as little as $3,500 or as much as $50,200, depending on the size and condition of your basement and the type of remodel you're doing.
If you're doing a simple project like adding a home office to your basement, you can expect to pay anywhere from $500 to $3,000. However, if you're adding a bathroom, which is an extensive project, you can expect to pay between $6,600 to $16,500.
Yes, most states require home remodeling contractors to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed home remodeling contractor could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
The average cost to enclose a patio to create a sunroom is around $5,000, and prices generally range from $3,000 up to $10,000. The price you pay will depend on the state of your patio and whether it needs repairs or additional structural support, the quality of the materials you choose, the size of your patio, and whether you plan to run utilities into and finish the sunroom. The price for a fully finished patio enclosure could run up to around $20,000, while you might pay just $2,500 for a screened-in porch.
In almost all cases, you will need permits if you plan on building a sunroom over your patio, but regulations and requirements will depend on your municipality. Permits to enclose your patio will usually cost between $300 and $1,000. Since navigating local building codes and zoning requirements is challenging—and the consequences of not following them can be extremely expensive—we strongly recommend hiring a sunroom builder to complete the work and pull the permits for you.
