Everything worked out fine. It was not an easy task for sure and it took some time and determination to clear it out. The plumber ( Bradley ) did an outstanding job, was very informative, friendly, and professional. Would definitely hire again.

Dave & Kevin stopped by within a few hours after we called.  Our sump pump failed and was in need of immediate replacement.  I asked for them to explain the various options and they were very helpful answering all questions.  Since our sump pump runs a lot when it rains, and to help insure against sump pump overflow, we chose the combination primary and backup sump pump system with battery backup and alarm notification box in case of part failure.  Would definitely use them again.

Professional in all ways. Provided some and quot;garbage disposal educationand quot; to extend the life of the new one.

The work was done in a professional and exemplary manner. When done, he explained the operation and how to finish the necessary attachment of final hardware. (I will be closing the wall up and finishing the surround myself)
The associate was friendly and communicative. When finished, he waited when pressure was restored to the system to make sure that all joints were watertight. He made sure that the area was clean and neat when he left.

Previous pump failed, I called Dave and he set up a service time immediately. Armando completed the work quickly, explained all the cost and procedures, and was very friendly. I've used Knight Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues over the years. They sent me a nice gift certificate as for referring friends and coworkers. The guy at Knight Plumbing seems to know his trade very well. He gives you a lot of backround information on the job he is doing. I will give him all "A"s.

They are very knowledgeable and he talked about everything upfront. They have a set price list which was actually kind of nice so it wasn't like a wishy washy price. While he was installing it I was actually home and he was about me asking questions and watching so I could observe so he can tell me why he doing certain things the right way. It was really cool and I'm sure that if I wouldn't have bothered him the install would have taking maybe a hour a hour and a half but since we were talking about stuff. He was there for a couple of hours which was really awesome.

He's good with everything. His prices are fine. He's very punctual and professional. He's friendly. I would use his services again in the future.

Dave showed up on time and helpd keep the project on schedule. You can tell he enjoys his job and it shows in the qulity of his work.

Overall it went good he was on time and he did the work in a timley manner and I would use him again in the future I also was referred to him by my friend and he was nice to me.

He was very up front and very honest. You knew up front what the prices would be. He likes to also educate you on why you need the thing you need and why he's going to do the work the way that he's doing it. He is friendly and professional. He really knows his plumbing! He's the only one that I'll call for my plumbing needs and I would absolutely recommend him!

Dave came out to take a look the same day I called. After operating the toilet repeatedly, he considered various possible diagnoses, but told us most likely it was the existing toilet was poorly designed and didn't have enough thrust to propel solids through the pipes and to the sewer. It looked like it may have mix-and-match parts that were not designed to work together. We discussed other options, which he thoroughly explained, but this looked the most promising. We requested the deluxe model, just to be sure, we wanted to get one that would do the job. It was totally our decision, there was no pressure at all. Dave came back later that week to install it. He was very clear about making sure he explained what was going on, and the reasons behind his diagnosis, and also had a very clear pricing structure on a pre-printed card. He was courteous, efficient, showed up on time, and did not leave a mess. Renee in the office was also a pleasure to work with. Our new toilet works great!
