The space hadn't been cleaned for a number of years and he was able to remove the grime and moved furniture as needed. During the project Chris found 4 deck boards and 2 rail spindles needed replacing and he helped us out greatly by replacing them at an additional cost after talking to us to save me the time of doing it. The deck was stripped, sealed & re-stained. It looks terrific. Great Job! Chris also talked to us about the mold on our siding and how he can help get that clean too so next year we will have him back to help with the exterior mold removal from the house.
