He was flexible with scheduling and came by the house extremely early in the morning to accommodate my work schedule. "Move out clean done for our duplex. The staff were great, super nice. They nicely set aside a few items they found while cleaning that we had left behind, so that was wonderful. The duplex was completely wiped down and cleaned from top to bottom. I was impressed that they were even able to get our stove drip trays completely clean! Spotless! Even I haven t been able to do that! Everything looked great! EXCEPT, the one thing I specifically asked to have cleaned was our tile kitchen floor grout lines. This was completely overlooked, I m certain that had they spent time on it that it would have looked great, but the floor and grout lines were still dirty after they left. Unfortunately, this will probably cost us money out of our security deposit so I m disappointed in that after we spent money to have a cleaning service come in. My only suggestion would be to be present while they are cleaning, I wasn t able to be there due to work, only my husband was around. And he overlooked the floor as well. So it was partly our fault and partly theirs. Overall though, I would definitely recommend them."
